Colliers International Hungary advised ERSTE Real Estate Fund, in the acquisition of the OBI store located on Fogarasi Street, Budapest, Hungary.

This 11,000 m² Big Box retail unit was sold for approximately €15M and provides not only long term cash flow secured by a quality tenant, but also good underlying land value being located in a strong retail area of Budapest.
