Exceptional moment in the Momentum Office Building |

Budapest, 11 May, 2010 The Momentum Office Building is situated in the XII district on the corner of Csörsz and Nagy Jenő street. The office building is going trough exceptional moments in the office-market. 2 months before the technical delivery of the building a lease contract had been signed with DLA international attorney for 1320 square meters – said Miklós Saly,office leasing director at the Hungarian office of Colliers International.
The future tenant is one of the world’s leading attorneys who were the first on the Legal Business Global 100 revenue list in 2009. Currently they operate 67 offices in 29 countries. They have been present in Hungary for 20 years. The lease contract has been signed for 5 years and the move in date is in August 2010. According to Ferenc Molnár, representative of the developer REM Ingatlan Zrt., a modern office building in a prime location can provide results even in the middle of the crisis. The significance of this lease contract is also that currently all players on the market are facing the nearly 25 % vacancy.
