SOUTH BASE in Dunaharaszti is close to handover |

A new logistics development is added to the warehouse supply in the vicinity of Budapest since the South Base logistics center in Dunaharaszti is near handover. The building complex is located in the Northern Industrial Park of the city, only 800 m from the junction of M0 ring road by NR 51 – informed us Csaba Dobos, representative of the Industrial Department of Colliers International Hungary.
A total size of 13,500 sqm warehouse and 2,700 sqm office and social block is available for tenants in the building of the logistics center being developed in two phases.
