Our activities include property search, the complete advisory process of the lease or purchase transaction, consulting, and the realization of complex tasks tailored to individual needs. Our industrial division was established in 1994. The team consisting of four brokers and two assistants represents the largest industrial division in Hungary at the moment. Since its establishment, the division has sold more than 3 200 000 m2 land, and sold or leased more than 600 000 m2 warehouses and industrial properties.
There are development land plots, industrial sites, as well as existing or newly-built warehouse or manufacturing facilities among the properties offered for sale and lease by the industrial real estate division.
