The latest stage of development of Viktória Industrial Park located at Üllő was presented on October 1st to the press and real estate industry representatives. The audience was escorted around the new shell and core of the building by Tamas Beck,  Director of Colliers International’s Industrial Department.  The new logistics center with its 41,500 m2 gross floor space is ranked 3rd on the warehouse market in terms of size in the area of Budapest and its surroundings.

The location of the new warehouse is in the renowned Viktória Park, a well-developed environment that also houses logistics centers for K-Sped, DHL and Auchan. Ferihegy International Airport, the intersection of the new and old motorways No. 4, as well as the new section of the M0 ring road ensures easy access to the project.

The 35,000 m2 warehouse area of Viktória Logistics Center is completed by 3,500 m2 mezzanine area, 490 m2 warehouse office space and an additional 2,300 m2 three storey, Class A office area in the main building. The warehouse building that is suitable especially for larger users as well as the FMCG sector will be approachable from both sides, so cross docking is possible and the sprinkler is also part of the standard fit out.

According to András Makó, Director of the developer Raiffeisen Ingatlan Zrt., construction works are advancing well, to be completed by the originally planned deadline of January 2009. The Hungarian office of Colliers International is the exclusive leasing agent of the project.
