From the beginning of Q2 2008 Colliers significantly expanded its research capacity with the appointment of Rémi Couture as Research Director, reinforcing the company’s position as a knowledge leader in the market. Mr. Couture joined Colliers International in July 2006 as financial analyst for the investment division, where he worked amongst other on such projects like the sale of Aréna Corner. With the increasing maturity and sophistication of the Hungarian real estate market, Colliers recognized it was time to issue timely and specific sub-market reports and, over time, to develop a reliable and user friendly catalogue of reports for the benefit of their clients. Therefore, Colliers will soon publish a new Knowledge Report on the Váci út corridor which has been one of the main destinations for office development in Budapest since 1994. This report will be already the second in a new series of quarterly sub-market briefs, Managing Director Michael Smithing announced.
