The opening terrace party of South Buda Business Park, a new office complex, was held in Újbuda, one of the most promisingly developing districts of Budapest, with the participation of representatives from the real estate and investment sectors – announces Colliers Hungary real estate agency Associate Director, Office Division, Miklós Saly. The construction of the 24.500 m2 office building located close to the bank of the River Danube was started in Fall 2006 and it was handed over in one phase by June 2008.

The name of the Austrian real estate developer GLD Invest Group has long been reputed in Újbuda and thanks to the success of Bartók House the present project attracts great interests as well. At the ceremony completed with a presentation, Gerhard Zehethofer and Leopold Sandler made a speech from GLD, proudly holding the title of the “Real Estate Developer of 2007”.

The modern building of high technical content and great floor space is expected to become the symbol of hi-tech buildings in the fast developing and reviving area of Újbuda. Six office levels and two levels of basement parking lot for 431 cars are constructed in the “A” category office building. In addition to the wide range of services available in the direct vicinity of the building, the restaurant/cafeteria on the ground floor will also serve for the convenience of the tenants. The Hungarian division of Colliers International is the exclusive agent of the office building.
