Budapest, 1st October 2008 Citypoint9 business park has reached almost 80% occupancy – confirmed Andrea Pusztai and Csaba Dobos, representatives of the industrial division at Colliers International. The three new tenants have concluded lease agreements for the total floor space of 3 500 m2 in the project which has excellent features on the warehouse market. At the same time the project developer Convergence Capital is commencing the construction of the third and last phase expected to be handed over in spring 2009.
The three new tenants are JTI Hungary, Imperial Tobacco Magyarország and Studio Moderna, joining such reputable companies as Color Life Benetton, OBI, Chio Magyarország, Secondtex and An-Tec. With its third phase being constructed, the business park located at Gubacsi Road, 9th District, Budapest will have 20 000 m2 of modern warehouse and office space. According to consultants of Colliers International working as the exclusive agent for the park, the real estate is excellent for warehousing, production and assembly, office, show-room, call-center and wholesale activities due to its superb urban location and good accessibility by public transport. As a result of the flexible area development, it is possible to lease individual small or larger sized units, as well as taking into consideration the needs of tenants. These are the main reasons of the successful leases and of the constant interest experienced towards the business park. |
