Opening in 2010, Pannon Corso will be Szentendre’s first modern shopping center which substantially increases the city’s present retail possibilities. Pannon Corso offers a total of 15,000 m2 of lettable area spread over two levels that will provide space for over 60 retail units including fashion and lifestyle brands, cafés as well as restaurants. Positioned primarily as a fashion oriented center, a premier quality supermarket and higher profile service providers will compliment the retail offer.
While designing the building, the architectural viewpoint had placed a strong emphasis on assuring exceptional solutions to operations such as ensuring an energy efficient design, illuminating the common areas with natural light, having shops open from the central atrium and providing convenient loading solutions that take the needs of the tenants into utmost consideration.
The center offers an underground garage suitable for 400 automobiles, which is supplemented by 100 additional parking spaces outside.
